At Adora Couture, we want you to love your nails. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we are only able to accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used nail products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief description

We will work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
